Monday - Easy Chicken Enchiladas
I had cooked up a lot of chicken last week, so this will be using the last of it. Keeping my fingers crossed that A will at least try it.
Tuesday - Slow Cooker Cranberry Roast
Wednesday - Apple-Cinnamon Baked French Toast
Thursday - Baked Pasta Primavera Casserole
I plan on using frozen spinach instead of the Italian vegetables, and again will cross my fingers that A will at least try it.
Friday - Going to my parents' for Shabbat dinner
Saturday - Mish Mash (A.K.A. Leftovers)
Sunday - Dinner at the ILs
