Always dieting (or so it feels) I often find myself craving a substantial snack between lunch and dinner. I found one that I love! I took a fat-free yogurt and stuck it in the freezer. Poof - a cup of frozen yogurt. I know, seems pretty obvious, and many of you may have already figured this one out, but it was new to me! It took a while to eat (definitely a plus for me) and tasted similar to ice cream (well, I can pretend). Hope you like it!

Yummy!! I freeze the tubes of go-gurt, not quite as healthy tho ;).
My kids discovered the joy of frozen yogurt a few years ago. Try putting Gogurts in the freezer too. Those are our favorite.
Great tip! Especially since ice cream is one of my weaknesses!
Believe it or not, I hadn't figured this one out yet! :) Thanks for sharing.
I've posted a WFMW tip as well. Stop by and take a peek. :)
Sounds very refreshing on a summer day! We freeze go-gurts, I'll have to try this!
that does sound yummy especially on these hot days of summer! My kids are forever freezing everything, drives my husband crazy.....
Those are sooo good. You should try freezing bananas, also a really great "diet snack".
You can also freeze grapes and they are soooo yummy...just like candy!!!
I'm definitely going to try the yogurt...thanks!!
I've been on a diet for 3 weeks now and I really like that idea! Thanks!
Yummy!! I want to buy some popsicle holder/maker thingy's and try this!!
Blessings!
That is a fabulous idea!!!
I'm going to have to try this!
I have never thought of that! I am going to go put some in the freezer right now...
My kids do the frozen Gogurts too. I really like the idea of using the popsicle makers to do this. I'm going to try that for my kids - maybe we'll layer in a couple of flavors!
